Diesel Resources Inc UPCOMMING Subscription changes, applicable for the upcoming year 2013:

Levels of support will be define by the word "Tier" instead of the word "Level"

Tiers available will be Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3.( We have started a campaign to clarify all past mistakes and customers confusion about our terms, support past called levels, working hours, etc.)
